Thank you so much for what you did last year for my dog Louis. He is now fully recovered with no sign of a limp… Louis is very well in himself and doing fine.

Merlin is doing so well now and is enjoying his life – at last. The new painkillers seem to work very well with no side effects. He’s even putting his foot flat on the floor! After such a horrific start in life and all he’s been through it’s so nice to see him happy. Thank you so much, once again.
Oona
Thanks for EVERYTHING. It was a massive comfort to have Noel and the brilliant Fitzpatrick Referrals team on hand to stick Bindie back together & guide me through a horrendous, turbulent, crazy 4 months. Without you I most certainly would have lost my head - and my beautiful 'bonkers' dog, her leg. You are administering angels to 2 & 4-legged friends. A million thank yous to you all for the excellent care you have taken of Bindie. It certainly shows and I greatly appreciate it.
Noel has the most fantastic staff, across the board. That is an incredible position to be in and to have personally created. I have no qualms about leaving Bindie with you. She couldn't be in a better and happier place.

This is 'me' Jess Bunting climbing mountains in the Lake District this year (2010). It is my second holiday since you gave me my new hip two years ago. As you can see my new hip is working really well! Thank you so much once again.

After five months of various operations, pain and discomfort, Angel has now found the perfect home. She now lives in a beautiful house in Stock with another dog whom she adores, and she enjoys roaming the vast garden whenever she wants. We could never, in our wildest dreams, have hoped for a better life for Angel. Thank you again for all the hard work, to the sponsors, the walkers, the kind donations, love and support Angel has received. It's thanks to you all that Angel is alive and living the most perfect life!

I cannot express my thanks enough to you and your wonderful team at Fitzpatricks for all your expertise, advice and care that you gave Della in the treatment and rehabilitation following her cruciate ligament injury last year. She had a full agility competition last weekend, which despite my nerves she sailed through with flying colours, even getting placed in a couple of classes! I will continue with the exercise regime that is now part of our life and hope she remains strong, happy and pain free for many years to come. My sincere thanks to all your staff, especially the rehab team, reception and the fabulous nurses who looked after Della; for their help, advice and support was invaluable to me. Thank you again

I would like to say a big thank you to all the nurses for looking after me so well when I came to stay. I know I am not the easiest dog to look after and can be very naughty sometimes. I am sorry if I was naughty. I am making a great recovery so thanks again to you all!

We would like to pass on our thanks to you and your team for the treatment and support you have provided in fixing the broken bones in Poppy's foot. The treatment Poppy received was fantastic and she has suffered no lasting problems with her broken toes. In fact you would never know that she had had a problem. Our experience of Fitzpatrick Referrals has been one of a truly professional caring operation from start to finish. Thank you once again for all you all did for Poppy.

Thank you so much for the work you did on Poppy’s elbows. I can’t tell you how pleased we are seeing her running and enjoying playing with other dogs without the limping. Many thanks again for all your hard work.

“Well, what can I say……we waited many years to be in a position to take on a dog and when we found Frank and his sister Daisy we were an extremely happy and complete family (along with our human children), so when Frank was diagnosed with a severe case of hemivertebrae at 6 months old we were devastated.
From the start all the staff at Fitzpatrick Referrals have been professional; quick to respond, kind, sensitive, explaining everything in detail and in layman terms!
Based on previous cases Frank’s prognosis was not good but we decided to give him a chance. He was in hospital for nearly 3 weeks and we spoke with staff every day giving us an update on his progress. Despite Frank’s prognosis he made small improvements every day until he was ready to leave. We were shown how to give him his physiotherapy which was time intensive; 4 sessions a day taking about 20 minutes each time, but Frank made astounding progress showing his strong, resilient and cheeky nature and loving all the attention! All the time knowing staff were on hand at any time day or night to answer any questions was really reassuring.
Frank (and us) undoubtedly benefitted from the whole team at Fitzpatrick Referrals from the Receptionists and Nurses to the Physiotherapists and Vets. Frank received 1st rate care and from the tears from staff when he left show that these experts really do care!
Frank is now an energetic 11 month old puppy who loves the park with his sister and though he has a ‘wiggle’ when he walks it just adds to his adorable character. We are now a very happy and complete family once again! Thank you Fitzpatrick Referrals this is one happy family.” X X X
