Keeping in touch

Although most patients are discharged on the same day as admission to recuperate in the comfort of their own home, we do have many pets who stay overnight and longer with us.

We understand that that being parted from your pet after surgery will be an anxious time for you and we appreciate that you will want to be given regular updates about your pet’s condition.

Your surgeon will contact you on a daily basis to inform you of updates on your pet’s recovery and should you wish to speak to any of our team, you can contact us on 01483 423761.

Care for my pet

Fitzpatrick Referrals provides a service staffed by veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our team is supported by Interns, Kennel Assistants and we have a dedicated in-patient nursing team who will be devoted to caring for your pet during its stay with us.

We are committed to delivering the highest level of care available anywhere in the world and you can feel assured that your pet will receive as much care, attention, love and cuddles as it would at home.

We have a no-bars policy in our wards and our glass door kennels have electronic monitoring systems, audio and TV to ensure pets feels happy, relaxed and at home.
